Pricing

One price you can see. The rest depends on what we find.

We don't know what your project costs until we've looked at your inbox, and anyone who quotes you before looking is guessing. So the first step is cheap, fixed, and worth it on its own.

The AI audit
$495flat, two weeks, no renewal

The cheapest way to find out what you actually need, including the possibility that it's nothing.

  • Two short interviews with the people who do the work
  • A map of where the hours actually go
  • Hands-on tests of two or three ideas on your real data
  • A ranked list of what to automate, with a price on each line
  • A list of what not to automate, and why
  • A walkthrough call to argue with us about any of it

Everything after

Contact us

Workflow optimization, custom tools, training, and the monthly retainer are quoted from the audit, line by line, so you can pick one and leave the rest.

  • Fixed price per project, agreed before we start
  • No hourly billing, no surprise invoices
  • You own what we build
  • Nonprofit rates, because that's where we come from
What shapes a quote

Four things decide the number.

None of them is how big your company is. A nine-person shop with a nine-step quoting process costs more to fix than a ninety-person one with three.

How many steps the workflow has

A quote that goes form, spreadsheet, email, CRM is more work than one that goes form, CRM.

What you already pay for

If your tools have decent APIs, we connect to them. If they don't, we work around them, and that costs more.

How many people need training

Three people is an afternoon. Sixty people is a program.

Whether you want us around after

A one-time build is one price. A monthly retainer to keep it tuned is another, and it's smaller than you think.

Pricing questions

The ones we get on the first call.

Why is the audit only $495?

Because the point of it is to get you an honest answer, not to pay our rent. It covers our time, it filters out people who aren't serious, and about half of them become projects. The other half get a useful report and a list of cheap tools, which is also fine.

What if the audit says we don't need AI?

Then you'll have a report that says so, in writing, with the two process changes that would help instead. You'll have spent a few hundred dollars not spending sixty thousand.

Do you bill hourly?

No. Every project is a fixed price agreed before we start. If it takes us longer, that's our problem. If the scope changes, we write down the new scope and the new price before we touch it.

Can we pay monthly?

The retainer is monthly by nature. For a build, we split it: part at the start, the rest when your team is trained and using it. We don't ask for everything up front.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes, and at lower rates. Haris leads AI implementation for a multi-million-dollar humanitarian nonprofit, so we know how a budget committee reads an invoice.
